سياسة مكافحة البريد العشوائي
Anti-Spam and Unsolicited Messaging Policy
Slacode (“Slacode,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates and is accessible across multiple domains, including slacode.com, slacode.co, and slacode.org (collectively, the “Websites”). This policy sets out our strict requirements regarding outreach, marketing, and the prohibition of unsolicited electronic communications.
1. Purpose
Slacode is committed to responsible business communications and prohibits the use of unsolicited messages to advertise or promote slacode.com, slacode.co, slacode.org, or any other Slacode website.
2. Prohibited Activities
Slacode prohibits unsolicited promotional messages that advertise its websites, services, or business. This includes unsolicited bulk emails, cold sales emails, spam messages, and other unsolicited promotional communications containing links to or references to Slacode websites (including slacode.com, slacode.co, and slacode.org).
This prohibition applies even where contact details are publicly available. Public availability of an email address does not, by itself, constitute permission to receive promotional communications.
3. Who Must Follow This Policy
This policy applies to Slacode, its founders, employees, contractors, affiliates, referral partners, marketing agencies, lead-generation providers, and all other third parties acting on behalf of or promoting Slacode.
No party may advertise a Slacode website (including slacode.com, slacode.co, or slacode.org) through unsolicited messages on behalf of Slacode or with its authorization. Slacode will communicate this restriction to relevant service providers and will take appropriate action if a provider violates it.
4. Marketing Communications
Promotional communications must be directed to recipients who have requested or agreed to receive them, with any required consent obtained under applicable law.
Slacode prohibits the use of purchased, rented, scraped, or harvested contact lists for unsolicited website promotion. Misleading sender identities, deceptive subject lines, and attempts to bypass recipients' opt-out preferences are also prohibited.
5. Opt-Out and Do-Not-Contact Requests
Slacode respects unsubscribe requests and do-not-contact preferences. We maintain appropriate suppression records and take reasonable steps to prevent recipients who have opted out from receiving further promotional communications.
Suppression records will be used only as reasonably necessary to maintain and enforce these preferences, subject to applicable law.
6. Third-Party Oversight
Third parties communicating on behalf of Slacode are required to follow this policy. We will review reported violations and take appropriate corrective action, which may include suspending or terminating the relevant campaign or service-provider relationship.
7. Reporting a Violation
Anyone who believes that a message advertising a Slacode website violates this policy may contact us at hello@slacode.com. Reports should include the message and, where available, its full email headers so that we can investigate.
8. Policy Enforcement and Updates
Slacode may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action to prevent further unsolicited website promotion. This policy applies to all parties acting on behalf of Slacode and may be updated as necessary.
